These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from your use of tg776 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Each individual may hold only one tg776 Account. You may not register or maintain more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a proxy. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all Accounts held by you and the forfeiture of all Account Balances and any pending withdrawals.
You must play on the Platform exclusively on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
When registering for a tg776 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.
tg776 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing any withdrawal request. You must provide the following documents when requested:
tg776 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg776 Account login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party and must notify tg776 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. tg776 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
tg776 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tg776 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency; exchange rate losses resulting from cross-currency transfers are the sole responsibility of the User.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. tg776 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tg776 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be refunded to the originating account, and any wagers placed using such funds may be voided.
Withdrawal requests are processed only after your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process and any applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one Philippine banking business day. Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by payment provider delays outside tg776's control.
Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. tg776 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tg776 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, as published in the relevant promotion details on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period; unmet Wagering Requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
tg776 defines bonus abuse as any deliberate effort to exploit promotional terms through means including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged wagers that satisfy Wagering Requirements while minimising actual gaming exposure; or coordinating with other Users to share bonuses. tg776 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
Participation in the tg776 Loyalty Program is subject to the specific terms published on the Loyalty Program page. Points accumulated under the Loyalty Program have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. tg776 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the tg776 Platform use certified RNG technology that has been tested and verified by independent testing laboratories to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Live casino games are operated by professionally trained dealers using certified physical equipment. tg776 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any error affecting the outcome of a game or the display of a game result on the tg776 Platform, tg776 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. tg776 is not liable for losses resulting from network failures or device issues on the Player's side.
All bets are accepted at tg776's discretion. tg776 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time, including in the event of a pricing error, system malfunction, or where tg776 reasonably suspects a wager has been placed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or in circumvention of applicable betting limits.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new Accounts or using alternative identities. Any such attempt will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tg776 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tg776 Content without tg776's express prior written authorisation.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by tg776 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tg776.co/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tg776 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg776, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tg776 Platform.
In all cases, tg776's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your tg776 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tg776's liability for death or personal injury caused by tg776's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
tg776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tg776 determines at its sole discretion that:
You may close your tg776 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds will be reviewed; Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of any obligations will be returned to your verified payment method.
Upon closure of your Account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Sections 9, 10, 12, 15, and this Section 13.3 — shall survive termination.

Where changes are material, tg776 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following methods: publication of an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised Effective Date; an in-Platform notification; or a direct communication to your registered email address or mobile number.
Your continued use of the tg776 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the tg776 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting tg776 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of your written notice to tg776, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section prevents tg776 from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property pending resolution of any dispute.
